known in both the DC area and in Atlanta. People drive to Knoxville just fo
r his food. I am serious!! I found out about him through Chowhounds, a foodi

dried fried eggplant. Never eat the buffet. I mean it's fine, but seriously.
You can never, ever get any really good food from a Chinese buffet, even in
L.A. You eat from a Chinese buffet if you're attending your aunt's
retirement party, in other words, if everyone wants to stuff themselves for
cheap. But not if you want excellent food.
