We look for people to rent (with a new lease)/sublease a wonderful and
spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Heritage Lake apartment complex:
- The apartment is located at 1105 Lake Heritage Way, Knoxville TN 37922. It
's convenient to many places. It's right at the exit 3 of I-140 - close to
shopping areas in Turkey Creek and Kinston Pike (5-10 minutes driving),
close to Concord park and Fort Loudon lake (5 minutes driving), convenient
to downtown Knoxville (I-140->I-40), Oak Ridge and ORNL (I-140 -> 162),
airport and Maryville (I-140->129).
- The apartment is quite new (what we heard from the apartment office is it'
s less than 10 years old), and spacious - it has around 1150 square feet.The
layout is excellent. It has two spacious bedrooms, separated by a large
living room. Each bedroom has a spacious bathroom and a large walk-in closet
in it. The apartment also has dedicated dining area, kitchen, laundry room,
a balcony, etc. It has several other closets and one big storage room
connected with the balcony.
- The facility in apartment is very nice. It has central heating and cooling
. The carpet is new. The oven, fridge, cabinets are all quite new. It also
has dish washer, garbage disposal, smoke exhauster, etc. those stuff.
- The facility outside of the apartment is also very nice. It has a small
lake in the middle of the apartment complex with fountains, BBQ areas, nice
trees and grass. It's really beautiful. The apartment complex offers gym,
swimming pool, car washing, etc. for free to the residents. The apartment
complex also has a private gate (you need to swipe the card to get in).
- It's especially great for family with kids - it's only 1 mile away from A.
L. Lotts Kindergarten and elementary school (see: http://allottses.knoxschools.org/), one of the best schools in Knoxville. (The Heritage Lake apartment complex is one of two apartment complexes that are qualified for going to A.L. Lotts for the residents). The apartment complex also has playground those public areas for kids to play.
- It's adjacent to Westland Children's Academy (Location: 9728 Westland
Drive). Also, there are two other kidcare centers in walking distance(Less

- The apartment complex is managed by very nice office people. There are
dedicated people collecting garbage, cutting grass, cleaning up public areas
, maintaining all apartments, etc.
- We plan to move out at the end of December. The rent is only $835. It's a
great deal for such a spacious and nice apartment. We also plan to leave
some furniture to the next residents for free(if they're interested). The
