first. I would rate my self as an intermediate. Does this mean that I need
to get a tweener racket? Many people would think only girls use such rackets
. I have a Wilson hammer H and it beca,e too powerful for me on return and
volley. So I got an i radical for the cheap price ($ 60 prestrung). It was
too demanding for me at first so I went back to Hammer. Recently I restung
the radical at 58 lbs and started to like it, b | s****n 发帖数: 14 | 2 i think the reason that you started feeling better when you lowered the
tension is the racket is more powerful than it was... it seems to me that
you don't generate enough power yourself and that's probably why you feel
more comfortable with the hammer... maybe you want to stick with your more
poweful hammer racket and improve your swing to generate power on your own
rather than rely on the racket... when you feel the hammer gives you too
much power and ball starts to fly, you'll feel a lot m | x****s 发帖数: 356 | 3 Glad to hear you step into usta league now, that is one of the best way to i
mprove your game strategy, esp. recreational, coz you will meet all kind of

The racket really matters. The demanding racket is good to help you build up
a better swing. If you keep using hammer and think you dont need to hit har
d, you can push the ball back easier, then you are doing defense most of the
time. If you think that is your style, then just keep using it to improve
your accuracy and control, even

| N******y 发帖数: 71 | 4 My wrist hurts only after I play tennis. It is not seriously hurting, just
some discomfort. I just realized that maybe I need to stretch my wrist and
shoulder a little before play. Now I am trying to warm up for a couple of
minutes before play.
I am 5.0 table tennis player, I think. So I do tend to snap wrist on
forehand. Now I am trying to lock my wrist and hit flat balls.
I hit the ball very hard. Maybe too hard sometimes. I partly use tennis as a
workout. This could be a very wrong idea. |
