When I came here, an American-chinese invited me to play match.
He beat me 'cause i never played at night. Even ididn't adjust the time zone.
It's 7-7.
Last week, he told me he ranks No19 among ucf tournament. Totally, 180 guys for
the match.
I said i won you during the x'mas holiday mostly.
He found an excuse.he said he was not serious.
then we had a mathch again. 6:3, i won.
So, does it mean i have higher rank than him?
I don't mean i show off something.

Basicly, you can say you have higher rank, if you can beat him solid.
Of course, depends on how much time your partner have participated in the
tournaments. I mean, a low level player will have chance to be in the good
stand of just one tournament by lucky, via some seeds just quit or something
like that.
I happened to be in the No.3 stand in a amateur tournament of overall Zhejiang
Province, when i plays still well in the graduate school. But indeed i know
