Yes, it should be.
My 2 cents,
STOP playing for a week also.
More importantly, make sure that you are using the correct motion before you
add force. I highly suggest to go to a clinic or tennis class (for newbie), I
suffer from what you did now, and not until I went to a couple of clinics, I
did not realize that how much difference it would make.
Don't just read from here (get some teaching from some pro, or at least
semi-pro), it will be worthy for your enjoying the game more. |
