team player Vietnamese Dave 4.0 and an indian guy Dumai 3.5, we won 6:3
last week.
this week, i wanted to pair with Dave, who is a lefty, top spin both sides,
really plays like Nadal.
Dumai served first, we won, Dave served, we lost, coach served, we lost,
i served, first to coach, he returned under net, we won, now 2:2.
The next 4 games would match exact like above 4:4. Then we lost 4:6.

times before i killed the ball to his partner side deep corner.
also i won one point baseline stroke head to head against coach
since both he and myself stood on the right side of the court,
we got more chances to play against each other. | c****1

coach just didn't want to win without any competition. When a 4.5-5.0 guy
faces 4.0 and 3.0/3.5, even both of them are in front of the net, the 4.5-5.
0 guy is still good enough to hit the passing shot.

there are so many 4.0 Chinese players in USA.
I am not sure how long it would take for me to reach Dave's level, or if not

1) Your coach only looked at your forms, and ignored your
experience, fighting spirit, fitness, gamesmanship, etc.
2) On average, your opponents showed a significant lower
desire to win the games when playing matches with you.
3) You are just a 3.5 indeed and supposed to be on par
with other fellow 3.5s.

he told Duvai is 3.5, Duvai beat me at the beginning, then 3 weeks
ago, after we played a few games as 1 against 2, (i even won one game
as i played single against coach and Duvai double) coach got to leave,
i started to play single with Duvai, i led 4:1 before the next class
started, i told that to coach, he still could not give me 3.5:-(

从几点几蹦到几点几。你整天在这里说哪天跟这个比赛哪天跟那个比赛只是参照而已。
真要想知道自己水有多大，打个联赛是正道。

没别的意思，就是感觉，我感觉这个教练不怎么讲解和纠正基本动作，但是哪怕人肉发
球机也比自己瞎打好。
还是那句话不打league，这个3.5和3.0基本没什么意义。即使打league，也就是球友好
一点坏一点而已。太在意这么小的数字，没有必要。但是往上打肯定是好的，因为对手
的球速和控制明显要好不少，相当于对面的发球机发挥稳定。
我们这里的老印发email找人练球总是要求对手4-5，他们自己也就是会抽抽一般的底线
而已。

a higher level to attract more higher level partners..
I am badly in need to High Hands to give myself more challenging.
In the other hand, i do not want my potential partners think i am bluffing..
Do not want to lose badly too in singles.

有个球队对我来说是比较好的办法，因为大家都是队友，周末没事就一起练练球，小
party一下，相对有比较多选择，也不缺人打球。
这个是league的好处之一。
还有一个办法是加入当地的club，这个有费用的问题。但是球友和教练是不缺的。

发帖数: 5654 | 24 Well, if you write 3.0 in your website profile, no many 4.0/3.5 guys like to
play you even though they are just self-rated.
I did join some small groups, but after the organizor introduced their best
player to play me, i still won easily.
Another group which has a lot of great players, but they are 30 miles away
plus practise at 8am on Sat. Crazy for me.
