其实这些DVD都可以在美国的公共图书馆借到，自己拷一下比下载快多了。

我们这里的图书馆只有他老人家的书，没有DVD。郁闷。 这里能借到的TENNIS DVD基本
都被我借过了，呵呵。

how many of you like nick's stuff? maybe i am too weak to enjoy them... :(
nick's stuff is not quite good for beginners, i personally feel, the
forehand, backhand and sonic serve, focus too much on mid to advanced level
skills, the pursuit of power and speed... but w/o solid fundamentals, just
trying to hit killer forehand with relaxed grip and wrist, the ball is going
everywhere and you easily hurt yourself... sonic serve is just a bad bad
starting form for beginners, when you giving your hip f

我喜欢他的教学视频。目前只看了KILLER FOREHAND 和 SONIC SERVE，都挺适合我的。
今年参加了4个TOURNAMENT，对自己正手的表现很不满意，好多机会球抓不住，该
WINNER的机会反而给了对手机会。所以到处找材料研究，看了他的书和视频，还是挺受
启发的。
你说的HIP FORWARD后不好保持平衡的问题，我觉着主要是膝部用力过多造成的。我这
一周一直按他说的练发球，保持平衡方面没有问题，确实也比以前发球球速快了。
不过，对于刚刚拿起网球拍的童鞋来说，先把一些基本的东西掌握了再看这个比较好。

部分同意
nick的视频里面也有很多基础的东西，比如身体的重心，躯干的转动。Sonic Serve里
还有一步步练习的方法。要结合YFB的视频一起看，找到合适自己的练习方法。没有一
种教学视频是完美的。

Been having so much problem with serve lately. One game it can be great, but
the next game, I can hit three double faults. Not sure how to improve serve
stability. :(

这些我应该都有，这不够全。
比如return serve，和competitive club doubles就不全。

Just too time consuming, every DVD is like 2G or sth.
I also have some basic introductions DVD for beginners, and some good drill
DVDs for doubles.
Lazy yah.

How is "James Jensen" series? I bought his Ultimate Forehand, backhand and
serve DVD. They look good to me though I just watched about two times each.

I am interested in the good drills for doubles. I am still learning by
myself how to improve my games when I play with different opponents and
partners with various capabilities. There are many old people who can't run/
cover much and are weak at ground strokes in 6.5 doubles league.
