It is normally caused by running on hard surfaces, running on tip toes and sports where a lot of jumping is involved. Very common for the runners.

a*****3 发帖数: 10373 | 4 Normally it is about the muscle weakness, or insufficient shock absorption from shoes or toe running. You have to train your legs more and/or change the shoes.
No matter if your running form is wrong or not, you can't change it anyway because you are too old!

it. Just run less next time and let the opponent hit more
