现在网球比赛看了不少,让自己记下pro player的动作,但自己还是菜的不行.
我在打球时会去想roger的动作.脑子里一闪而过他的动作,然后自己就想这么击球.
比如发球,这个是最不靠谱的:)
或者是正手大角度的inside-out.
也会试着放小球,但是一般都失败.

模仿能力随着年纪的增长是锐减的
小时候模仿能力强, 你搞啥运动都很容易学习pro的动作

college players or some of the good old guys on court. If you imitate Nadal'
s stroke you will probably get injured in no time. If you copy Roddick's
serve then your serve will probably get worse.
I think the only stroke that's appropriate for amateur's imitation is drop
shot, since it will do no harm, haha :) | Y**s

That being said there are some pros whose form and size makes them better
targets to watch: For example Devydenko. He's pretty short, not a big guy,
he doesn't hit the ball weird (cept for his early timing). But overall,
his motion fits smaller built guys like me.
One thing you can learn is watch how they move their feet. See when they
start their movement and what they do to recover after a shot. Maybe not
imitate that but it's good for reference.
Serve is interesting - I like Ro

realize how bad you look compared to the pros:-).
