call it fake when Federer did it at about half the distance? Because he did
that in a suit?

head. You fail to hit a can in the ground, you lose a bet at most, you hit
somebody's face, you get sued.

Tiger Woods used his club to "Dian" golf ball to promote Nike golf club and
many people thought that was fake. Later when reporters asked him about it
and he did it in front of them to prove it was real. For pro it is not that
hard as we think.

professional for sure.
It is illegal for professionals to shot protential harmful thing without
protection, in States. I believe there are similar law in Europe as well.
Plus, it cheaper to make the ball in CG than buy the insurance for the guy.

it should not be rolling in that direction.

clear, it looks a flying yellow object did hit the can. A lot of people
think the accuracy is a piece of cake for the pro. But I still think it is
fake just because it is too risky to hit the guy's head. Moreover, the guy
was standing in the dark, not the bright photo area. It made more dangerous
for the shot.

standing under the lights.
In fact, under a clear fixed camera angle with enough resolution
and lighting (like in our ben), it will be very difficult to fake
(costs a lot more time).
