的目标是争取正手斜线70-80%发到边线2/3处的绝对死区，反手T角和外角一英尺以
内。
明年USO大会上，俺的邪门功夫保证让某些人更难受了。。。。。。

发帖数: 5829 | 5 有个简易的近距离螺旋式抛球机放在自己半场内，一次20多个球，可以练正反手。连
钱都不要，随便用。虽无POWER，但用来练步伐和击球也够用。
所以，每天去练一个小时，很见效。

take in court or big >4.5+ guys, almost no way to get. I wish to practice
and can keep in 50-70% in my game.

it's pulled just to prevent amature to hit ball everywhere to bother other
court guys game.

认真练，3-5年内，你很难接近地抗衡。

show up, it will be no problem to arrange you to play single with biok :P
But we can just arrange, can not promise biok will play with you though :)

have kids.
I admire you&LD very much. I still doubt if I can make it next year
since the best scenario would be we have a 2.5 year old.

is not bad at all. When older than 3, you will find out he/she will
be everywhere on court :P I bet you guys already saw my son twice in
