carry the same inventory. SA.com has a lot less product items for
sale overall, but for performance tennis rackets, many of them
are available online only.

local pickup or return options is the only way they can avoid
charging sales tax in states there are local B&M stores.
For companies like Staples, their online inventory is almost identical
to local stores and the online orders are usually shipped out from
a nearby local store. For that reason, Staples and Staples.com are the
same company.
