traditional tennis. Espcially forehand side, you see more extreme grips like
semi-western or western. A lot more Wind Shield wiper stype style forehand,
follow-through finishes below shoulder. Modern forehand and backhand can
use open, closed and neutral stances. For quickly recovery defnitely use
Open Stance.

有点同意以前有人说nick的教法过时了，至少他培养出的男Pro们都普便follow他的
sonic serve，killer forehand等，结果稳定性都不咋地，所以过时了。 | c****h
