slightly further away from body..
By doing so, the racquet face is slightly more open, so you will be able to
flat it out |

either late or early, the ball either go down net or fly like a racket to
sky.. lol.. just don't feel right, I guess I need more practise to adjust,

我都是理论，说给别人听的。自己也不是很能经常flat out的。不过有趣的事，还有朋
友因为旋转不够来讨论如何能够不flat out的。真是汗的汉斯，老的劳斯。

发帖数: 332 | 11 指导不敢，我感觉就是球来了眼睛盯着球下部从下往上刷球就行了，有人还有手腕的动
作，我怕受伤，手腕都是lock住的。
