L***z 发帖数: 454 | 1 I've been playing with Wilson ProStaff 6.0 95" for a long time and don't
have much complaint. However due to the intensity of play I had recently, I
for the first time developed tennis elbow (mainly as a result of serve and
single-hand backhand shots). Some friends told me things could improve a bit
for me if I switch to a lighter racquet.
I don't want to change my style too much so would like to stay with head
light racquet--just want something lighter (ProStaff is about 12.2 ounces).
Can someone be kind to recommend some for me?
Many thanks. |

same reason. You may also consider two-hand backhand.

instead.

L***z 发帖数: 454 | 7 Not too much lighter--something in the range of 11-12 ounces so that the
wrist and shoulder have less stress.
For elbow, I guess ProStaff is too stiff? |
K****D 发帖数: 30533 | 8 It's 67, so stiff but not too stiff.
