aTm 球龄19Y，前3年校队，后来停了5年，又断断续续玩了4年，从06年开始打usta和一
些flex league, 评级4.5
billtian 球龄8Y, 评级4.5
greyuh 球龄8Y, 无官方评级,公认4.5
GUSU 球龄20Ｙ 评级4.5+?
jayc, 球龄?Ｙ, USTA-5Y, 评级 4.5
MSfishman 球龄25Ｙ 评级4.5?（教球）
teddy12 打球很久 很久了20Y?, 评级4.5. 正反手很稳，而且很猛，都是基本功扎实
Tennisfan70 球龄7Y,自评级4.0+, 朋友说4.5
zzzzz1 球龄２３Ｙ（间断），实际在球龄10Y已有４.５评级 |

该那么打吗？人看看老费的动作，自己拿拍子一抡，就基本是那么回事了，没啥可讨论
的。
天赋这玩意你不承认真不行。偶大学有个同学就是，啥复杂的动作，人家一看就会，自
己试两遍就做个大差不离。他一个非体校生，成了偶们校足球队队长，统领一帮足球特
招生。偶就觉得他的小脑结构跟偶们不一样。 |

it is like you won't copy what makes Dropshot a 4.0 to become a 4.0. in
this day and age, you can get better and more thorough instructions than
anyone can offer here.
the only way to get some advice here is to post a video. then we can point
out what's right and wrong. analytical skills are forte of all mitbbsers
regardless the actual tennis skill level.are we short of free coaching on
this board?

质的，能不能做到另讲。

regardless skill level everyone can give each other some good advice.whether
it works for someone or not is case by case. tennis skills can be difficult
and easy. everyone improves by discovering a better way to hit each shot
within himself. roger, novak, nadal,berdych all have great forehand but
everyone is different.what really is between you and the next level is not
insufficient instructions but the true understanding and implementation of
them in the context of your physical strength and weakness. bottomline you
need to experience it yourself and practice makes it perfect.on this board
there are ppl giving advice and others sharing experience, like zhanglaosan.

发帖数: 2770 | 13 总结一下CC的意思就是多奔，多被拍，然后多练，多打，最后还要继续奔，一直循环，
呵呵。
这里很多人的建议都很好，不一定要打球水平高。愿意接受建议并且改变，到4.5只是
时间问题。

He is a few years older than me.
I met and played him once at Atlanta. I was totally impressed
How good he is.
By that time, my hitting partners used to be high school tennis players( and
also my golf buddies).
I didn't get the same impression as from atm.
It was something between 2003-2004.

先囫囵吞枣的吸收, 再自己练习体会附靠,结合自己的身体素质一环一环的悟细节.
当然如果运气好,有洪七这样的高手过来人言传身教,自然事半功倍.
运气不好遇上你们老乡索天响这号的,hehe...

能两三年
就能跟big 4交手打满300回合，所以郭靖跟WSN是没有可比性的
