Based on my impression that tri-level only has 3.0, 3.5, 4.0?

play. You can always play up in usta anyway.

发帖数: 30533 | 4 Then I would say roughly section championship level (or above) 7.0 and 8.0.
Both teams would make national or almost make national if they were in
3.5/4.0 adult league.
The 8.0 team is even more impressive. They could be in national top 4.
Otherwise, they could be weak 4.0 doubles and avearge 4.5 doubles.

playing in local, so maybe this is 3.5-4.5 tri level?
There is too little footage of the left court, so it's hard to tell.
But if this is indeed 3.5-4.5 then I would put them at 3.5.
