去比赛前,通常我需要晃悠40分钟左右,
1. find someone play small tennis for at least 15min to find the rhythm,
then move back two steps, keep the same rhythm for a while, then back again,
until back to the baseline.
2. serve in very relax way for a while

7.先赢或输一个set:30分钟
然后开始正式比赛,
8.输了,就再来一个。
9.连输两个,回家。 |

有人打,只能到正好时间赶走人,上场五分钟互相打打就必须开打了。

靠谱那个最厉害,
如果和熟人打球可能会有半场mini,底线,volley, 这个routine,这个五分钟一是时
间太短,二是尤其不敢练volley,会自露其短被对方识破不会volley会死很惨。
一般发球的时候每个人第一次发秋前都要求take a few,这个很有必要,发球需要活动
开了才行

不管多晚,他每次都会先跑跑步。我4.0时没觉得怎么样, mid 4.5后才感觉出这个的
重要。

不过有时候没等手感上来体力就不够了,那多半这场就要悲剧了
然后练发球到不会轻易双误,就差不多了

but glad you already knew.
I see so many WSN start to stretch before the the match, that's like one of
the worst thing you can do to yourself. You gotta do some light exercise
like jogging or shuffling first, to get your blood circulation up, muscle
warmed up before stretch. =)

flood, muscle, joint etc before stretching... I feel better following that
sequence too. Well, I guess one can argue they feel better the other way
around..... o.O

有时先拉小场,然后抽底线,有时直接抽底线,最好是抽到手感上来。
比赛中,在换场地的时候,还会做一些拉伤,因为那时候应该都已经热身了,但如果感
觉拉伸的不够,还会在这个时间去拉伸一下。

If it is just a friendly social game with friends, then the first 3 games or
maybe the first set is for warming up.
If it is a big game and only 10min to warm up:
1. strength
2. using the resistant band in my tennis bag.

I hurt myself badly twice on the back because of not warm up enough. I am a
little bit over react to warm up.

K****D 发帖数: 30533 | 32 偶的目的主要是伪装自己,而不是摸索出对方的弱点。对方的特点偶尽量争取赛前
就人肉出。靠warmup摸索不可靠,因为对方也一样可以像偶自己这样伪装。
一般经验就是warmup stroke奇烂的,但是track record不错的,比赛一定打不过。

然后对手来了,最有效的应该是练一下volley。不过一般对手来了都是
练一下底线。其实我觉得底线是最不需要热身的。

老刀侃球:我的网球赛前热身
我得热身和黑导,ACC还有WHOISSIOHW说的基本一样:
先围球场慢跑5-10圈,然后绕才场侧身交叉步跨跑及高抬腿蹦跳2-3圈,然后开始
充分活动脖颈,膝盖,腰髋,踝,肩膀,肘腕手指关节,然后轻度拉伸一下,再高抬和
后踢腿10几次。然后开始对练,小场对拉和VOLLEY (后者可以单独或更长)
,然后底线对打,然后高压,然后发球。。。。。。。小场对拉和高压有时时间紧迫则
放弃,但VOLLEY必须的,甚至我希望更长于底线,尽管对手不愿意。。。。。。

我觉得最短时间内对打能充分热身的是高质量的对着快速平击VOLLEY,如同羽
毛球得半场平抽对打。其除了身体得充分活动展开,另外对反应意识得快速调整有极大
帮助,所以,我甚至宁可其比底线对拉都长一些。。。。。。。
充分活动关节是让关节面和周围韧带滑膜产生足够得滑液如同加足机油一样,保证关
节面得以充分润滑避免磨损过渡,同时关节韧带伸展负荷适应强度运动。。。。。。。

我一般热身,就是先慢跑10到30分钟,然后活动关节,等打完网球/篮球或长跑或健身
,再拉伸。
太早拉伸我觉得并没有太大用途,有点浪费时间。长时间剧烈运动后,拉伸是必须的。
剧烈运动前,活动关节非常重要。打网球不太明显,打篮球就能一下体会到区别。如
果之前活动了脚踝关节,抢篮板如果踩到别人脚上,一般就是轻微的浮肿,稍微活动一
下就好了。如果之前做活动脚踝关节,抢篮板如果踩到别人脚上,往往就是严重的肿胀
。
这是我无数次教训后总结出来的一点点经验。 |
