"your son allowed racquet head to dip below his wrist during the first stage
of take back... result in some wave action..."
The coach couldn't stand it either in this week's lesson, and gave him a
talk about it for 5 min. Look at what he did after that, improved, isn't it?
although he still forgot sometimes during the rally.

发帖数: 1280 | 4 He was just restless and mindless. I told him after your suggestion on
Monday, and I was pretty sure he didn't listen. I think the coach told me
before, he just didn't care, until the coach "seriously" told him on
Wednesday. Funny that after the lesson, he kind of agreed with the change,
he said he can be more focused on the ball a little earlier.

better player than him.... that's what I'm trying to do...a head start :)

发帖数: 1280 | 6 Ofcourse that will be helpful if you are a better player than him. You know
what, he lost his respect to me (for tennis) long ago after he knew that I
have no idea about a lot of stuffs coaches taught. I really wish I could be
somebody like you knows a lot of tennis, so that I can teach him good stuff
from the beginning. I think a lot of stuffs have been changed back and
forth because of my early "wrong" influences. Wish you have fun teaching
your little one tennis!

I don't plan to teach my kid... probably dump him to my friend who shares
the similar view on tennis strokes and she's better at teaching kids... I'll
just be a sparring partner or feeding balls. :)

certain level. You won't keep your mouth shut when you feeding him balls,
right, haha?

wanted to. :) But I think as long as the stuff is in line with what coach
said, should be ok... and I can demonstrate how much better I can whip his
little behind.... can't wait lol
