忘了在贴吧还是水木上看到的。
去年美国共有500多人的（还是更多）申请TUE,批准400多人。
俄罗斯50多人申请，批准20多人。
底下回帖都说美国这些运动员都是身残志坚，应该去参加残奥会。

nadal 2009用的是betamethasone,倍他米松。
这个药是赛内禁用，就是说比赛是不能用，非比赛时可以用。

2012用的是腎上腺皮質刺激素，corticotrophins

然後再送出去 這時候批准率就非常高了
