Rafael Nadal has been defended by the World Anti Doping Agency after
receiving backlash from a fellow athlete for his use of anaesthesia
injections during the French Open. The world No 4 won a record-extending
14th title in Paris and 22nd overall Grand Slam on Sunday and admitted he
was forced to numb the nerve in his foot to dull the pain of his chronic
injury.
Following the backlash, the WADA director has now come out to defend Nadal.
Olivier Niggli told Swiss channel RTS that the injections used by the 36-
year-old "are not on the list of prohibited products (by AMA), since it
is estimated that they do not improve sports performance and that they are
not harmful.”

句话，超22可以，赛场努力去，超14没门儿，反正三德子我不信可以。
自行车运动和田径是臭名昭著。一个骑车的就别蹭热度了。打封闭打球，可能对身体有
害，不提倡，不是doping范畴。纳达尔太在乎法网，温网就不会做这么痛苦的事情。 |
