in six street area with a Hispanic male. And it seemed that he was out of
car when the car was running on highway.
The driver still drove the Hispanic to somewhere, and then reported to cops.
Obviously, there are too many holes in the stroy by taxi driver.
1: If someone jumped out the car on highway, he would stop immediately.
2. he would wait on the scene for cops
