标 题: 路过德州拿到ticket，想要上课免罚，怎么操作？

Speeding Ticket,75/60. 打电话问了，要230刀。
如果我想上traffic safety course来免掉这个ticket，应该怎么操作？
是先写信通知court我想上课，看court批准不批准，再说；
还是先签了ticket，plea the guilty, 然后连ticket带信一起寄给court等回信。如果
不批，再把money order寄去。
另外，我今天问clerk我如果同意交罚金，能不能免点（2点）。她让我签ticket，准备
money order，以及写一封信请求3个月probation。说3个月内没再给ticket，点就免了
。我上网找了半天，没发现任何相关信息。那位能给解释一下呢？
我的第一打算是上课免罚；退而次之，交钱免点；实在不行，无奈交钱记点吧，虽然这
