我不相信有给2%的，还对你买房比较上心的agent。万一买房子的时候不够仔细，出了
什么问题，多拿这个0.5%到1%，根本就不合算的。
除非自己对买房很在行，否则，找agent还是经验服务和rebate综合考虑吧

as an email. One realtor in Houston has made promises but failed to keep.
I also agree with above. Finding a good agent who understands your market
and communicates well with others is very important. |
