My neighbor got 15 years no cost finance at 4.25% from her. No response
from her in a couple of months, later my neighbor was told that that 4.25%
lock was invalid because of the concerns of the original mortgage bank. In
the end he was offered 4.75% for 15 years from another lender instead. From
the final closing HUD statement, she made quite a bit from the rate jump. |
