My family will relocate to Dallas and we want to buy a house before the
summer. We want a house that is in a good, safe, quiet neighborhood; easy to
resale after 4 or 5 years; easy commute to UTSW everyday. We don't need a
big house, three bedrooms should be enough. Our budget is $150,000 to $200,
