Actually, the cashier didnt even hesitate for a second to give it back to me
after he recognized me almost instantly when I stepped in this morning.
Very good and honest people and restaurant. I guess I will go there more
often from now on.
By the way, its dumpling king at 9715 Bellaire Blvd
Houston, TX 77036, next to Duhuang Plaza.

多数华人都会这样吧，地上掉了10块，甚至100块可能会mi了，但真正的巨款一般都会
拾金不昧。人心多还是肉长的。 |

But still, Houston Chinatown is way way better than NY Chinatown. My handbag
was stolen when I was eating in a not too bad restaurant in downtown
Manhattan area, not to mention i was with a couple of my friends while
eating. For a long time, I believed burglars actually give commissions to
waiters who is on duty to keep their mouth shut.
