my lawyer ask me to provide the document with the employer's FEIN
This document must come from IRS nothing assignment Documentation from IRS
noting assignment of employer’s FEIN; or Federal or State tax return (only
acceptable with a pre-printed label) or a pre-printed tax coupon
What this mean?
I got a tax return form from my company
But i am not sure what is pre-pr | z****n

might be listed on your stub as "EIN" ...

The above link is the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) EDGAR
Database. Type in the name of the company, if it is a publicly traded
company, then their filings will be listed there. On the first page of each
companies filings, in the upper right hand corner, you will find the
companies FEIN, Federal Employer Identification Number. I | o****g

But the lawyer said that is not acceptable:
They only need one of the two following documents:
· Documentation from IRS noting assignment of FEIN
· Federal or State tax return (only acceptable with a pre-printed
label) or a pre-printed tax coupon
The company does not have the notice form IRS for the FEIN
Also, the company only use the form download from the IRS for tax return.
They did not use the return form sent by IRS (with label) |
