也比较mean，态度很差。之前想打电话确认需要带什么文件去，打了不知多少个，一直
没人接。然后带了所有文件去。最后还是说不行，一定要再开一封证明信，说这就是全
部需要的。我想确认下每个文件，一副爱理不理的样子。接着问dmv注册离附近近的有
哪些，办公人员突然说，还没注册？必须先注册车，拿到注册证明等等，又说这个是全
部需要的。 还好注册车dmv有一个在downtown，应该还可以，不知道有什么比较nice的
更新驾照的office么？ | L*1
发帖数: 11537 | 2 Don't know where you went. All the DMV offices are safe, but usually those located outside of Houston are less busy (you can go to any office, even in Dallas, Austin). People in those small offices are also "nicer", because they have nothing to do anyway, why not just spent time talking with you.
The document requirements are online and pretty clear (google TX DMV), even 10 years ago.
Don't expect that they give you detailed instructions in those busy offices, they simply do not have enough tim | m***r

offices, they simply do not have enough time. Just like the difference of
buses in China and in US. If the bus in China runs the same way as US do,
you will never get home.
