1. in zip code 77005;
2. relatively new (compared with the other houses in 77005 built in 1950s);
3. exemplary schools (West U Elementary, Bellaire High);
4. Corner lot;
5. no maintence fee.

380K (but it's brand new); I guess the rate around that area is in that
price range. |

5000 earnest money. Close date is April 30th. Buy it without negotiation to
repair. We need to let them know within 7 days if we can get loan.
Otherwise, they will claim the earnest fee. This is different from
preapproval letter. |

人家卖方市场，可是你有这么多concern
还偏偏卡在4/15前后negotiate，万一差个两天错过了多亏啊
而且西面那片高压电杆子不是一般的大，你过去看看就知道了
房子本身倒是值这个价钱，不过楼主还是谨慎吧
