If you live in Katy area, do you mind sharing the simple facts of your house
such as builder and price per sq ft? I am looking for a new house and don't
know much about the market. Talked with David Weekly but they seem not
willing to negotiate price except free upgrades. Anybody purchased home from
them or Village Builder, Trendmaker? Any input is highly appreciated and
thanks a lot for your help! | z****n

建议：
1）如果你以后反正要找agent的话，那就现在就找，Agent会给你搜集这些信息的。
2）周末没事去喜欢的区附近看open house,长长经验。
3）如果你从来没有住过house的话，严重建议先租个house住几个月，这样切身体会，
才知道你们家人最喜欢的房子格局，朝向，等等。。。 | L********t

着成交拿钱,所以可以陪你慢慢挑选直到挑到满意的房子. | c********r

short term to narrow down the searching scope.
