Transfer the title certificate to the the buyer. There is a section on the
title certificate that allows you to sign the title over to the buyer. Fill
out that section completely and give it to the buyer. Provide the buyer with
a bill of sell. Include the date, a description of the vehicle, the amount
paid by the car buyer, and notate it with, "Paid in full."

Obtain a title application form from the County Tax Assessor-Collector's
Office. The required form is form, "130-U." Fill out and sign |

这样要是人家不去及时办transfer的手续呢?要是出了什么事情是不是就算我们头上了?
