title policy.Why should you care for the cost?
I never heard the buyer should shop the tile company unless the buyer wants
to pay for that. Usually the title policy should be % of your price. It
should be the same among those title companies. The only difference is the
escrow service fee usually ranging from 500-700. The seller pay for half and
the buyer pay for half. So you only need to pay around 250-300.
