2500 sqft for $300k at the best school district , well, it also depends on
how old the house.
westlake and westwood are the best school districts in town.

在做打算。不过公司内部换office, 就得做回engineer，到也没啥不好的。好在austin
semi公司多，再看看有啥好机会。如果去austin就准备长期赖着不走了，呵呵。
原来在TX读的书，转了几个地方，还是觉得TX最实惠。有个朋友正在austin买房。
westlake 怕是负担不起，周围富人也太多。
anderson mill的westwood是老中的首选吧？
不过我家LD喜欢新房（10年内的），似乎选择不多啊 在250-350k这个range。
为啥两个离得蛮近的房子，一个是westwood，另一个就是cedar了呢？高中也分这么细？
另外没在austin长待过，天气能比dallas凉快点么？

2500尺，学区还可以的就是去Circle C附近，小学不错，初中可以上Austin ISD的
Magnet Program，这个要考试，高中上LASA，也是Science的Magnet Program。 | m*****t

Hum, I can live with 2000SQFT. The major concern, like you said, is that
there an't many new houses in the westwood district.
So west/north of Anderson mill, the new community, which school district .
So where do the majority of Chinese engineers live? The older neighborhood
between 1, 183 and 620?
Is there other decent neighborhood around? How about learder? Or area
between Cedar Park and Round Rock (north of 620)?

sqft, price range: 400-500K. The other choice you might like is
neighborhood on 620, Lake Travis ISD, also a good one, houses are new. Ask

How about Cedar Park High and Cypress Elementary? both got 9 out of 10.
There r tons of new houses in that area between Cedar Park and Round Rock.
And the company office is also in the region.
Lake Travis would be really nice, i like fishing,
But it's a little bit far from the daily activities (working shopping),i
guess?

looked at Steiner Ranch on 620? That neighbourhood is nice too. High school
is Cedar Park High. |
