Position #1
Role Description
· Under direct supervision, conducts and documents moderate to complex
financial analysis projects.
Responsibilities
· Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in manufacturing, sales, finance,
general business conditions and other areas.
· Performs economic research work and prepares analysis of subjects such as
rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investment and financial
and expense performance comparisons.
· Handles special projects, as assigned.
Experience and Skills required
· Fundamental knowledge of finance principles and practices.
· Good analytical skills.
· Broad knowledge of spreadsheet applications and finance-related software.
· Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent with 2+
years experience or Master's Degree.
Position #2
Essential Functions
Responsible for analyzing and interpreting Financial Statements for the
purpose of establishing, maintaining, or denying credit. Spread financial
statements in the scoring mode and publish a credit write-up incorporating a
quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Continually review and monitor counterparties credit exposure and implement
necessary collateral enhancements to mitigate credit risks.
Providing and maintaining credit support (guaranties, letters of credit or
cash) between counterparties.
Constant interaction with trading, origination, mid-marketing, legal,
contract administration, management and counterparties. | n******i
