你这种情况，可以试试叫警察，虽然我绝对他们不一定管。。

发帖数: 108 | 4 Texas is a pro business state. Evict a tenant takes about 3 weeks. I did it
once. It is not that complicated, ask a experienced realtor. You do not
need a lawyer for this.
Send him a certified mail right away , stating he breaks the lease, and ask
him to leave.
fill a suit in family court .
trial in a week.
schedule a sheriff to do the eviction with you.
