The apartment was built around 2008 with covered parking garage and it's a
gated community. I offer the following,
0) one bath and one bedroom inside a 2bd 2bath apartment. The apartment is
about 1200sqft with a large patio facing the lake.
1) new capret and paint all room
2) brand new Queen Semons bed and conformtable matress, brand new night
stand, brand new chest, study desk and small bookshelf, a private spacious
walk-in closet.
3) you can use my brand new LG washer and dryer.
4) available immediately. 10min drive to UTSW, UD and H-Mart and Thom Thumb.
5) You may use brand new full set leather sofa in the living room with LCD
TV
6) You may use brand new long wood dinning table
7) Stainless steel refrigrator and sink and korean couter top like new.
8) Bus and train station just near the apartment next to the lake.
9) 24hr gym and swim pool
I am very quiet, clean and organized. So I am looking for the same, if you
are a clean, organized and quiet girl, please contact us. Rent is only $665
