好多人借那次飓风翻新了屋顶，不见得真有多大损伤。
保险公司那时赔惨了。 |

Most people used the opportunity to replace anything that was affected, but
some people decide to pocket the insurance money and do not do repairs.
In general, if the owner moved out (sold the house) within a year, that's
not a good sign. But hey, normally there are some people would sell their
house too. |

发帖数: 143 | 5 感觉可以接受，因为屋顶是新修的。反观我家屋顶虽然没有问题但年限快到了，
INSPECTOR提醒可能在未来的2~3年要换。地基的话如果有修，那还有CONTRACTOR
WARRANTY，问问看，起码钱不是你出。曾经看过一房子，区不错，地基有修，并能出具
全部的文件和WARRANTY，我在纠结地基这问题时那房子就被买走了。纯个人意见，还是
你自己决定吧。 |
