Looking for roomate with 8/1/2012 move in date.
Rent is $550 a month all bills included (electricity, gas, water, ) and
10x10 furnished room.
The house is located on Tangle brush inside the panther creek village (
walking distance to the elementry and middle school near here)
About myself: I'm 24 years old male and I work in the woodlands, I'm the
owner and I would like to find someone who will be respectful and
considerate to me and the other roomate.
The other roommate is in her 20s as well and she is going to school to
become a nurse, you will be sharing a bathroom with her and she is super
clean so I would expect the new tenant to be the same way.
In addition, I have TV in the living room with streaming devices and gaming
console we all share, I also have kayaks that all three of us can use to go
kayak on lake woodlands. Me and the other roomate are both really good cooks
, you will be fed really well if you live with us = ). |
