棵树下过的，树根把电线给撑断了）。按常理，是房东负责还是我们租客负责维修？另
外，上门服务费一般是谁出呢？

anyway, ask him nicely to fix the AC asap. it's against the law for ppl
live in houses without AC in hot summer here in TX.
