.5 ~2 months to do the closing. How soon you can find a house you want to
make an offer really depends on how serious you are in buying a house, how
picky you are and your time frame. Most agents can help you get out of a
lease. |

发帖数: 145 | 7 I don't think you can move in before closing (never saw this) because the
house is not yours until closing is done. However, the seller can pay the
buyer to lease the house back for several days after closing in case they
need more time.
Most agents can either help you terminate your lease (e.e. find someone to
sublease) or pay portion/full penalty. But you still do not want to sign up
your lease too longer than you need to. |

。找房子一般1-2月。 但也有找了3-4个月的。如能租6个月就租6个月。如需要早搬你
的agent应该可为你安排。
