Resort style pool, indoor basket ball court, fitness center, club house with
cafe, theater, and business center, playground, trails, green areas,
excellent landscaping. Super responsive and friendly management.They throw
nice parties at least twice a month for children and adults.Very safe. There
is always a police offer walking or standing in the community.
Exley Elementary, 10 score excellent school.
The apartment has 2beds 1 bath, 1 attached garage, 1095 sqft. It's on the
2nd story of a two story building. The rent is $1375/month under our lease.
The apartment is spotless. Parking is fine. We need to move out before our
lease ends. The apartment will be available around October 6, exact date to
be decided. If somebody is willing to lease our apartment before October, we
are willing to give out $500 in total as an incentive.
