the economy may dip in the fourth quarter,you see stock market drop a lot
recently, and your company stock dropped 15% recently, and a lot of builders
' stock drop 15%-20%. These may indicate something bad will happen, at least
there will be a dip in economy.
3. If the house price is right, we can close before Oct. 31, which is your
company's accounting year end.
Suppose you successfully low the price, e.g. 5%. Then, ask if Toll Brother
has mortgage company. If yes, what's the incentive to use TB's mortgage.
Sometimes, they may contribute 3% to the close.
