发帖数: 580 | 1 While we are busy in sorting many things out after our successful ceremony
held during the weekend in Rice U, I understand our valued guests and
supporters deserve to have a sneak peek on it. More reports and photos
coming soon. Thank you for your long time support and help.
We have approximately 230 people coming in our ceremony, and many were
impressed and moved by our great achievements in the past 20 years.
Chinese Consulate, US representative and State Congress have representatives
to our event for recognition and declaration. We collected several
thousands (in the high end) in donations, and charitable sales. Many people
signed up on-site for being volunteers. A few US charities expressed
interests of initializing collaboration for further promote OCEF. Many
local media posts and Chinese organizations would want to offer help in our
future activities.
It is truly a once-a-life experience for many of us.
I am sorry that I could not access our thousands of photos online, because
of my firewall setup at this moment. But it is an exciting moving moment
memorable for all of us. I will post photos this evening back home.
