relocation. Here is the info I got:

Budget: 400K ~ 500K (westwood area), 500K ~ 750K (westlake area)
Requirement: (#1 and #2 are must)
Pri1. Great schools elem/midd/high should be 10/10/10. Only consider
westlake high and westwood high.
Pri2. >= 9' ceiling at least on first floor.
Pri3. Lot >= 10000sqft
Pri4. House not older than year 1985, >=3 beds, 2.5 bath, house facing south
if possible.
Pri5. Prefer close to Austin downtown
