2. 石油公司很难进去，中国人能进去的占猴子屯国人的1%不到，大部分中国人（包括
一把一把的MS）只能去油服，油服公司比石油公司差老远了，建议你用glassdoor/
h1bwage 搜索一下很多的油服的薪水，很多manager 连年薪20W
也达不到的，h1bwage上的数据还是靠谱的，这个大家都无法否认。"upstream MS一进
去15w-20w的都一把把的",你说的是国内的行情吧?而且也应该是人民比吧?

今年斯坦福石油专业PHD，4大油公司之一的offer，120k，bonus大概每年10％，这个样
本已经是很突出的offer，别的学校出来的offer一般在这个之下，而且这样的人实在猴
子屯是几少数的风貌菱角。

每年两周。
听说几大石油公司会调查整个行业的平均员工薪水，再根据自身情况决定。比如有的公
司会给比平均高10%的base，但是不给年终奖。有的会比平均低5%，但在401K上有所补
偿。有的工作稳定性差一些，但EB1B绿卡进去就给办。

pension属于优先债务，等级高于公司债券，你老还是客观点吧，我只能这么说，现在
退休的这批油工基本等于拿到了2，3M,外加401k，近乎免费医疗保险。这就是运气，而
且人家出去做consultant赚得一般不比在公司少，很多人一开始办退休，headhunter就
开始打电话了。

当年所谓的oil/gas downturn是油价被克林顿压得太低了，导致上游大部分的公司入不
敷出，但是经济比较好，需求其实很高，下游的炼油厂，化工厂赚得盆满钵满，这是当
时exxon并mobile，conoco并philips，cheveron并德士古的大背景，你们还记不记得当
时中石化搞炼厂，中石油也要横进来办炼油厂？从石油行业整体，或者说石化行业来说
，根本不算啥downturn。05年以后，油价被炒高，搞得石油公司直接插根管子卖原油都
死赚，但是下游炼化成本太高，经济不好需求不振，现在的情况就是和90年代反过来，
这也是马拉松分家，康菲分家的大背景。但整个石化行业，还是向上走的。
你要说石油行业的人苦尽甘来，我是觉得根本不make sense，石油行业作为large
capital business本身的暴利和其他替代性能源表现的如此傻逼才是根源。

。还有就是无比热爱“意淫”自己拿不到的收入。

虑的，虽然在弯曲也不是高薪人士，但是去了houston还是可能减薪的，这个还是比较
