发帖数: 426 | 5 Lakes of Edgewater Estate? I went to see houses there before, it seems this
community is divided into three different parts:
The part north of Northfork Drive does not look nice, I mean the
neighborhood - many lawns are poorly maintained and landscaping looks no
good, to me this means the owners are not that decent and do not take care
of their houses and neighborhood. But the houses there are bigger with also
bigger lots.
The part south of Northfork Drive contains obviously two totally different "
subdivisions": the smaller part is close to Cullen Parkway and are mostly
smaller houses (below 3000 sf) and some of them are not well maintained and
there are several rental houses already. The bigger part is the one at the
main entrance, with bigger houses (esp those on the lakes), and are better
maintained and have quite a few Indian families, and some Chinese. These two
"subdivisions" are connected.
All three parts of them share the same playground and swimming pool.
I personally prefer the one part accessible from the main entrance south of
Northfork Drive.
I am just about to move into Pearland and will live in Silverlake, basically
loves it here,
but be careful when choosing the subdivisions/communities. I | W*********7

new elementary is under construction. Where is the new one, could you
please share the info?

Northfolk, 2.5%?. The drawback is it has its own swiming pool and doesn't
share with Silverlake, which has a bigger pool and tennis court. |
