100W auto insurance is required in Canada, not in Texas...why do you bother
to buy

I can give you a contact of Chinese agent. She represents ASI and always
gives
cheaper quote with same protection. Befoer contacting her, I gotta quote
from others and the price is about $2400.

Flood insurance is seperated from house insurance. You need to buy
seperately from other provider.
Auto insurance, Texas by law requires minimum of $50,000 liability coverage.
If you prefer to higher protection in case you destroy a 1 million dollar
house, or kill people (not likely I think), you can buy 1m liability
coverage. lol
