treated properly, do not worry.
Termites in Austin are sub termite. They crawl under ground. You can do
some preventive care. Just dig a
6"x6" trench along you house and pour "dominion 2" every 5 years. Your
house will be safe. You can buy dominion 2 from pestmall.com. One SFH
needs 6 bottles (1 case).

除了白蚁的问题，房主还是很花功夫弄那个房子。
我们现在的房子，75年的，更老。
