比如：
Do I have a termination fee or any fees associated with terminating service?
Yes. $100. Applies after the due date of the first bill through the end of
the contract term. This fee does not apply if the customer moves, and
provides a forwarding address and other evidence that may be requested to
verify that the customer moved.
上面这段话是不是指 只要提供新地址证明搬家了的话，即使在合同期内，终止合同也
不用付这个termination fee？
还是搬家之后还要继续使用他们的服务才能免掉这个费用？
